We ship to all serviceable locations listed at checkout. Availability may vary depending on courier coverage and regional restrictions.

Area Code is essential. All exports quoted will be FOB (Free of Board) Meyerton Factory.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times differ by region. Customers will receive an estimated timeframe once the manufacturing is complete and handed over to the courier.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on location, courier rates, and order size.
Courier Communication
Once dispatched, customers receive tracking details via email or SMS. Tracking updates are provided directly by the courier.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to Rainbow Shades. Additional fees may apply for repeated failed attempts. After 2 attempts there will additional delivery fee charge
Risk and Ownership Transfer
Ownership and risk transfer to the customer upon successful delivery to the provided address.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate delivery information and ensure someone is available to receive the order.
